Happy Nails

I’m from Europe and since I’ll be in town for a few months, I obviously need to get my nails done. Now I’ve been going to the same nail tech for almost 10 years (for all the right reasons), but I thought this is not the time to be too particular about it. I was looking for someone who’s able to do a very basic gel polish manicure/ pedicure. My nails never looked this bad in my entire life: length is uneven - you’d think it’s NOT my job to point it out, shape is uneven - I asked for short square nails and 5/10 are way too rounded, she never cleaned my cuticles properly, there’s top coat on my crusty cuticles, the gel polish is applied poorly. And to top it all, none of my cards worked. I have been using my Visa Credit and Debit cards EVERYWHERE since I got here and I never had an issue. Initially, she tells me it doesn’t take credit. Cool, I’m trying my debit - declined. Now she changed her mind, actually it doesn’t take Visa at all. Luckily, I was able to withdraw some money and get it over with. Absolutely horrible. Now I have to find a real nail tech and spend even more money in order to fix this botched manicure. I can’t even find the words to express how dissatisfied I am. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This experience was a bit frustrating. I started with a women. Who then switched to another person who answered the phone continuously while doing my pedicure. It felt a bit rushed and more like an assembly line and less a relaxing experience.

Super nice and clean salon. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Prices are good too! Definitely recommend

Friendly, and courteous, relaxing atmosphere, nicely done, Mani/Pedi. Very little time spent on leg, foot, hand massage is reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

Very disappointed in the service here. I had booked more than a week ago for acrylic nails and shellack pedicure for my wedding, and when I sit to get my nails done, they tell me I’ve only booked for a manicure/pedicure and shellack on my nails. They are fully booked and didn’t have time to accommodate acrylic nails so we’re only able to paint my short nails with shellack. I know what I asked for when I booked, and I did book in advance so they would have enough time to do the acrylic and nail extensions. I gave 2 stars instead of one only because they did a good job, just not what I wanted at all. They didn’t even apologize for not doing what I had asked, and instead continued to tell me that I didn’t book for acrylic when I know I did.

My first appointment at Happy Nails was fine with a good outcome but not the same for my second. The shellac started lifting after 2 days. I returned for a 3rd appointment to Happy Nails ro have my nails redone and the lady removed and re-applied the shellac on 3 nails, applied shellac over 4 of my nails and totally ignored the other 3 nails. I was not asked to wash my hands at all which I had to do the 2 prevoius times. My appointment was at 630 and by 830, the schellac was lifting again. The price is reasonable IF your nails hold up as they shouldbut this was NOT the case here. Some photos attached. If you look closely enough at other photos taken, you will see its not a great job
