Best place in all of B.C. very intelligent, they listen to you and your needs, because your the one living with a condition. They explain everything even question you might have. Hearing about other clinics even those in degrees doesn't mean they know to do the job.Recently learned of my apnea condition, everything was explain to me, easy to understand and very happy. I have way more energy, i sleep through the night, no longer feeling burnt out all the time. Slowly sleeping longer, rarely sleep more than 4.5 hours a night for years, its life changing for me!

This place is WAYYY better than the one I went to back in 2016. Nav, he went above and beyond and explained to me the mechanics behind the things he was advising me to do.I left this place knowing much more than when I entered, and I will always be grateful to the staff, especially Nav for being very patient with me and thoroughly explaining everything.My device was covered by my Disability coverage, I recommend you ask to be referred here if you need a CPAP!!!!

I was a little nervous going in, I even said the machines looked a little torturous but Nav was so encouraging and explained how everything worked and what I may expect. He and Tessa assured me they were there to help me if I had any questions or trouble adjusting to the machine. I am so impressed with the level of care and service I received at the West Oaks mall location. It's been a pleasure dealing with both Nav and Tessa.

After dealing with a different c-pap machine outlet for 10 years, it was refreshing to talk to two very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff members at SNORE MD. Treated with respect, I felt comfortable with the new c-pap machine as well as knowing that my progress and any concerns that arise will be addressed in a timely fashion.

Very friendly and helpful. Just got my new CPAP machine today and cannot wait to use it. Nav was very good at explaining everything that I would need to know. I would highly recommend them it you want a good sleep.

They told me that they would file for my status card because I get 100% coverage and a mask every 6 months. I show up, they couldn't get my machine to work so they can monitor it. They charged me for the consult and I had to pay for the mask out of pocket. They said if I had got a machine they would have had the masks ect covered. Not impressed with this clinic at all and felt it was a complete waste of my time. Do not recommend.
