I will not go anywhere else for cell phone or laptop repairs, but EJ! I went to multiple places to have my phone repaired and nobody would even attempt to see what my issue was in detail. It was quite frustrating. But the moment I went into EJ Cell Phone Repair and told them of my issue and it took them no time to determine what was the issue with my phone and had a plan of action how to resolve the issue. They are really knowledgeable and have very fair prices for their services.

I was very pleased with how responsive and prompt everyone working there was. I was able to get my Samsung S10+ screen completely replaced in around 2 hours just by walking in. Unfortunately it was on the pricier end $400 but I guess that screen in specific is more expensive. Would come again when needed.

Even tho I spent most of my day in their store they made sure the problem of file transfer from android to IOS was successful. They make sure their customers leave their shops happy and excited.

They replaced the battery in my 2015 macbook air for approx 150$. I was in a rush and called ahead so they were able to give me a quick 1.5ish hour turnaround. Both employees that helped me out were super friendly! Have already recommended this place to a few friends :)

I highly recommend EJ Cellphone Repair, and I do so because sincerity, effort, and hard work matter to me. Chris worked diligently to troubleshoot my wife's old Blackberry. As you can imagine, it was quite the task to even try. First, he tried to do basic cleaning and, maintenance, and testing. That did not work, so he tried to order spare parts for the long-discontinued model. When that proved impossible, he tried to directly repair the damage to her phone’s electronics, and when that failed, he tried to recover the data.It was, as we suspected and feared, a hopeless case, but Chris was both willing to try and put in a heroic effort to repair the phone.Despite spending much time and effort on the repair, Chris declined payment as they have a no fix no charge" policy. I recently visited the store to get my iPhone 13 Mini battery replaced, and I must say that the owner was incredibly professional. They didn't try to overcharge me and were honest with their assessment, providing reasonable pricing for the service.
