Extremely rude!! Asking to send a parcel, at every other post office they give me a tag to write the address on, lady here just said I needed to write the info on the box". After another couple of exchanges I finally got the tag from them

Incompetent! Old lady clicking multiple times on her computer, sweating, didn't know what to do. Gave me a snotty answer that I can't pick up my stuff until her computer works again, she doesn't know when that'll be. I do understand that I can't pick up when the system is down, but it was clearly a confused granny put in front of a computer at the post office.

Wow worst rude clerk. Older clerk here is very rude who doesn't care a thing she doesn't want to hear. Most Canada Post older clerks are bad but this one is particularly aweful.DO NOT THROW A PARCEL. DO NOT MAD AT CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO FIND AN ANSWER. DO NOT YELL AT CUSTOMER WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHERE TO SIGN.I dont see the reason why she is working there. Nothing smooth nor fast. She is not good at input proper info into the machine and that makes things slow. There are many people can work in your position in much better way.
