Beautiful building and apartments.However, the property management (Gulf Pacific) is terrible. I contracted COVID right before I was scheduled to move out. It was a tough time for me and they did nothing but make it harder. No person to contact after their business hours (mon-fri 8:30-4:30). So… if a pipe burst, your front door falls off, or you get covid over a weekend and need to contact someone… you’re SOL.

My daughter has rented a micro suite in the building. It is so bright, light, airy, secure, & nicely appointed. She and I couldn't be happier with Cardea!

Great building, excellent downtown location.However, the property management (Gulf Pacific) is terrible. Lack of on-site service / support; poor maintenance and difficult to contact as they are located outside of Nanaimo! For the rents being asked, expect much better property management with on-site support.
