Love so much that I never have to wait in long lines to be serviced, and that there’s always a friendly and joyful face willing to assist. Truly a great experience banking at Mainstreet.

I have done my banking with Mainstreet and it's predecessor since I was 13 years old. I am always impressed with their personal touch and community engagement.

I started off using Mainstreet credit union when I was young and left. This was a mistake. After using other banks I realized I was missing the personalized interaction of this credit union. I’m so happy banking here.

We worked with Michelle T while figuring out Everything we needed for our mortgage, she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. She always explained everything very thoroughly and was able to help with any questions we had! 11/10 recommend!

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable.Only con is the bankachine, since it doesn't take envelopes it Rarely takes all of my bills. Usually spits half of them back out to me and won't accept them.

I love the very Personable service at Mainstreet Credit Union. I love that I can have sub-accounts which I can manage myself. This helps me, with changing life goals. I love that I am treated well despite what my current financial situation maybe. I want to mention Bonnie Kerr Gallagher for her exceptional service. She always goes above and beyond. I had a closed account which I had to reopen. Wendy was patient and very helpful in updating me with all the info and I learned new things about the credit union that I didn’t know about before. Highly recommend them.

Always love working with financial advisors& tellers. They are so very helpful. They only down side and it one that I find quite difficult. If you cannot make it there during business hours you cannot do bank transactions as the atm is Now locked after bank hours. This makes the line ups difficult at ATM and within bank. If there was away to be able to access the ATM after hours as there is only one ATM for this credit union leaving you with extra service charges from their institution and that of other institutional ATM if you must access $ through at a different ATM. That is sad considering many people do work shift work and are not able access even the ATM during their hours of availability.
