Beautiful architecture, absolutely stunning acoustics. Great site if you want to take classes for music or see a nice show. Lots of history! Worth a walk around to check out the stained glass

Beautiful venue. Seating is not assigned so it's first come, first served. Visibility is good from just about any seat, but the sound varies depending on where you are. Also, it's wooden pew style seating so bring a cushion if that's an issue for you. Washrooms are small so they get lined up at intermission. Has a big theater feel with a community feel and the staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, a lovely venue and a great place to see live music.

Beautiful setting and music hall for a variety entertainment, providing an intimate experience. The seats or pews are extremely uncomfortable so be prepared to bring a cushion for long performances.

Alix Goolden Performance Hall
This is a beautiful building with amazing accustics and views from every seat. On a sunny evening, the light from the large stain glass windows is breathtaking. The only issue is if you want to sit in the balcony as it would be wise to bring along a pillow. The seats are built to keep you upright and awake, but are brutal if you are sitting for a long period of time.

The acoustics in this beautiful church are phenomenal. The seating is ideal and the alter turned stage lends itself perfectly to your viewing and listening pleasure. In the heart of downtown Victoria with parking and restaurants all around, this is a very central and easily accessible venue.

Great performance location, it has a special ambiance and acoustics that make it fun to attend as an audience member.Note, that this is formerly a chruch, so the seating are pews. Some people may find this difficult or uncomfortable. But as seating goes, I actually found these to be more spacious and comfortable than you might think and I've definitely experienced worse seating elsewhere.

The best experience ever! Our son took a 2 week summer piano intensive at the Royal Conservatory. Top notch teaching, worth doing again next year!
