North York Pulmonary Function
This is the worst experience I had from a CLINIC. The receptionist has no manners and needs to have a big training for customer service. I’m a nurse but I never treated a person like that in my life. Worst worst experience ever. Please hire some people that are right for the position. She is SO RUDE!!! I cancelled my appointment right away!

Carmen D at reception was rude. If you can’t be kind to the patients (who are likely there because of health issues) then maybe this is not the job for her. A little kindness goes a long way.
