Too many residents, and not enough staff to care for them and because of this my grandmother is now in the hospital fighting for her life with an infection that could’ve been avoided if she would’ve been cared for better by Evergreen staff.

It's okay, the staff are typically nice here, visited on the weekend and had the most pissy woman help my loved one, she was rolling her eyes and everything. If you dont like your profession then find a new one. I will be making a complaint directly to the home itself as well.

Too many residents, too few staff. Avoid sending any elderly loved ones there if you can.

I've lost a couple loved ones to this home. Now my mother is there and I've been treaded horribly when it comes to visiting her. The staff are RUDE and UNWILLING to help in ANY situation. I truly feel the staff DOES NOT have the best interest at heart with the residents. This home has gone way down in terms of care.

Avoid Evergreen if you’re expecting high-level health care. My father passed away from sepsis after developing several preventable infections within a few weeks after arriving at the home.

The Staff and Volunteers at this home genuinely care for the well being of the Residents there. I love the way they treat my Grandmother and my Family when we visit. This is definitely one of the better nursing homes if not the best! Thank you!
