Very satisfied with the results and would recommend them. They kept to the estimate they emailed us for the cost to lift our 20' by 8' slab. I had taken the day off work to watch the process, the two representatives from Liftec seemed to be happy to explain the work they would do. The work was done in the time they had allotted, and the workmanship was better than we had anticipated. The rainfall now runs off the slab in the direction we wanted and away from the house. Well done.

A little pricey. I will go with my 'Plan B'

The poured concrete garage floor of our 40 year old house had sunk and tilted due to voids under the floor. Terry came to our house, checked out the situation and gave me a detailed description of the problem and how they were going to fix it. The price he quoted was very reasonable and we agreed to proceed.About six weeks later, as scheduled, the crew showed up first thing in the morning and went to work in the garage. I came out of the house to offer them coffee and was pleased to see that they were wearing all the necessary protective equipment. One of the crew took the time to show me how they were going to do the work, even though it meant they had to stop what they were doing to accomodate my questions.A number of hours later, after they had drilled all the holes, injected the material and raised the floor, one of the crew knocked on the door to let us know they were done. We did an inspection together and not only had they returned the floor to the correct height and slope (so water would stop draining from the garage into our basement) they also washed the garage floor and our driveway so there was no cleanup for me to do afterwards.It's been 8 months since we had the work done and the garage floor is still solid and sloped away from the house, just like it was in July when they first did the work.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs restorative work done.

The crew showed up at 7 am as they had promised. I had one item which I could not move and they were nice enough to do it for me for machine access. The crew was very polite, professional and cleaned up when completed. Job took about 4 hrs and the garage floor looked great. Liftech raised the floor approximately 3 inches, back in proper place with proper slope to the outside and filled in any holes from the process. In comparing foam raising and slab jacking, this was by far the better choice and much more affordable. They did not jack up prices during COVID time like many others.
