I walked in and imideatly was met with a sarcastic comment about what time i showed up to try on shoes that I ordered (which came to be the wrong ones that came in ) I Ignored the comment, as time went on he had a arogant stance to him and hardly said anything except unhelpful things. This place is Small and zero good variety of any sports wear. They will order stuff in but it will take 2 weeks minimum. Better of going anywhere else to garentee you get what your looking for.

Usually love the customer experience at all Running Room stores. Zero service aside from some terse and sarcastic responses from our “help”. My wife was made to feel like it was a privilege to receive any acknowledgement of her existence. I had assist my pregnant wife with her shoes as our “help” stood behind looking like he couldn’t be bothered. Had we not had a gift card burning a hole in our pockets, we would have left. I guess both staff would have been much happier sitting in an empty store basking in their smugness. Go elsewhere, not worth it.

The guy was very condescending in his tonewhile explaining the shoes. Excuse me for not knowing all the specifics of the shoe that I want. Its one thing to be knowledgeable and its a whole other thing to project that knowledge and information in a kind/polite way to the customers.Disappointing experience! Would not recommend this particular store to anyone.

Left feeling disappointed in the selection, sizes & the service. I didn’t like how the older Asian gentlemen was speaking to a new female coworker. He also interjected himself to “help” me and another customer. He didn’t listen to what I was saying and questioned the suggestions from my Pedorthist & then told me what kind of shoes I was looking for instead. I wouldn’t feel comfortable to go back if he was working, not an interaction I want again.Please don’t comment to tell me to contact the manager, there’s a theme in your reviews. You should address them.

Went for my first time in person to a Running Room store. (exchange an online purchase) What a fantastic experience, The lady working is phenomenal. The best shoe experience I have ever had. She taught me so much about getting the right shoe and making sure I was happy with the ones I picked out.I will forever go back to this store to buy my shoes. I really wish I had gotten her name, to give her the proper credit. She is emp number 2928 according to my receipt. Thank you!

The guy around 50s is so rude, he didn’t even know how to explain to customer. He walked away from me and give me a bad attitude. I’ve never seen a customer service like this. I hope the manager will read this. The first and last time for me in this store. I strongly not!!!!!!!!!!!recommend this store.

I visited this store to try out to some running shoes and I found Laura to be very helpful.She is very knowledgeable, extremely professional, helped me figure out my actual foot size, gave me enough time to try out 4 to 5 models and patiently answered all my queries. Highly recommend this store and Laura’s services.

Customer service is not great. Went in determined to get shoes. Female staffer was really working hard at antagonizing me and another customer. Very self righteous. Had to leave when she insisted she was right and I was wrong about fit of the shoes. Will skip this branch in the future.

I had the best experience today. I needed some guidance on insoles and shoes. The sales person spent a lot of time with me. He was so kind and patient. While he didn’t make a sale today, he most definitely will in the future.
