Westland Insurance

Today, I called Westland to renew my auto insurance. I initially thought it was going to be automated but then my call was routed to speak to a representative. I became a bit hesitant to continue the call as I have had my fair share of unsatisfactory service from other companies. So it was really a pleasure to have spoken to Soroush today. He sounded very friendly and he helped me throughout the process. It was my first time renewing my insurance over the phone and I think he has done a great job explaining things to me. If people respect and love their work, it definitely translates to the quality of service they deliver.

We deal with Soroush for all our insurance needs and he is THE BEST! We go out of our way to visit this particular branch just so that we can work with him. Highly recommend!

All my family have home insurance with Westland since 2002 and Ida Chow has been my Insurance Advisor for over 10 years. Not only she does have the most knowledge in her field, she truly cares about her clients and goes above beyond to offer the best policies.I will not go anywhere else for my home insurances
