You pay for your rental the day you get the keys but then when you return it they keep asking you for money. They knew we were tourists from France, they did not explain to us how the toll worked in Canada. We went through the toll only twice (a little bit more than 3 C$ for each toll) and we had to pay 39 C$ with admin fees included. They gave me a call to answer my complain but wouldn’t refund me for not being clear about those fees. The total of my invoice kept changing and rising over 2 weeks. I recommend you to keep using other main rental companies.

Avoid the company.Two times in a row I had the same issue with the Globe. They tried to overcharge me for a rental.What they do is they process the returns late, so it makes it look like you return your car late. And that allows them to charge extra for late returns.I recommend using instead Avis nearby (7735 St Laurent). It is much more reliable.

I was wrongly accused of doing 487km and was forced to pay extra (over 250km) within a couple of days with no evidence of the extra milage. I only drove around 200km. After a few email exchanges they have rectified the situation and refunded the money with compensation. Perhaps the company should provide evidence before any accusations? Other than that it was a good car and easy rental system.

This place is a scam, they billed us more than $1000 us for a surface scratch that was already on the car. Garbage service, help them go out of business by not going here.

Terrible service. Was likely frauded by one of their employees. Purchase of an iPhone was made same day of reservation. A manager gets in touch, promises to investigate and get back to me (doesn’t).Bad company and bad customer service.

When your rental car breaks down, Globe is not there for you and it will cost you! I rented a few months ago and there was a problem with the car on my way back to Montréal. I called the roadside assistance and the person on the phone determined that the only course of action was to get the car towed and brought back to the dealership which is what I did. Now, I was far from any public transit, and it was a Sunday around 2pm so Globe's offices were closed. I could not talk to one of their employees to figure out how to get back to Montréal. Given the amount of luggage I had, I had no choice but to take a taxi from where I was. I would have taken an Uber, but they were not operating in that area; it was really in the middle of nowhere. It cost me 250$ for the taxi ride back to Montréal. I called Globe many times and each time they say that a manager will call me, but no one ever did.

I rented a cargo van for one day. The vehicule was in very good condition. The prove of my car insurance was not accepted initially but after I handed in a more detailled document I got a remboursement. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's been 20 days that I didn't get me security deposit of 300 and when I talked to them they said we dont have control over security deposit like really? I paid u amd u have to give it to me back why the hell would I wait 20 or a month wait for my deposit.. kindly send it asap.

First time renting a car from Globe and it was a breeze. Was outta there with the car in a few mins. Decent price.
