Charlene is an exceptional RMT - I would go further and call her a 'healer'. She is intuitive, but careful. Open and understanding. While she can definitely work with the physical ailments, she is also able to see and merge the emotional side of physical pain. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene.

When it was my first time ever getting a massage, she made sure I understood how everything worked, took my consent at every step, and also ensured that the depth of massage suited me. You can feel that she is trying to give a massage that is specific to you. She also suggests different stretches and exercises for the parts she feels are extra tight. You can tell that she cares about the client and loves her work.I started getting massages for some stress related concerns. When I told Charlene about the problem, she made sure to look for ways she could help me as a massage therapist. We worked together to find the right intensity and frequency for me. I believe that her massages played a huge role in my treatment.I have had been to some other therapists before, and I have found Charlene to be the best.
