Ordered a personalized pizza. Especially with extra cheese. Not only was the pepperoni burnt .. but taste like it has been sitting out for hours.. and reheated the pizza because someone cancelled their order .. and pizza was already made…they were super cheap on the cheese .. never again ordering here.. funny thing I only ordered here because Mackay pizza was closed .. they deliver accordingly and have better prices and taste better .. these people clearly deliver what they get paid hourly …Shut this location down!!!

I visited this place today. I ordered medium pizza with alfredo base and some toppings. Firstly the size of the toppings was way too big and sauce was unevenly distributed. Half of the slices had no sauce and no toppings at all. The whole mood was spoiled when I tried it. I was extremely hungry and wanted to try something new. I immediately regretted the decision and went back to ask the cashier about the issue. She said our pizzas are like that only. Of you don’t like it we can’t do anything. Like if the pizza is not made well and doesn’t taste good. It is my bad taste. Thanks for letting me know. Really disappointed and didn’t expect such a bad customer service from a brand like pizza Hut.

Quite mediocre. Has fallen off tremendously through the years, very sad to see.I remember this joint being a go-to spot for pizza with family and the pizza was amazing about 5-8 years back. Since then they have just been getting worse and worse. It used to be packed on weekends and Fridays for dinner and now it is dead every single day 24/7.We ordered the thin crust which was not great and definitely do not recommend. The toppings were gross, the cheese was gross, the crust was burnt and it was super dense.The MYBOX (square pizza) was actually not too bad however it is more like a desert. It is very thick and the dough is sweet, almost like a donut. It’s cooked in a pan so the edges are nice but still isn’t great. The wings were horrible, super vinegary and dry.Sad too see how bad it has become. Do not recommend unless you are desperate for pizza.

I ordered through Uber Eats my meal was cold when I got it. There was nothing to tape the box shut so the driver could've opened the Pizza box and coughed on it and closed it without me knowing. This is not the first time Pizza Hut failed to secure the safety of the food.

Best pizza ever. Freshly made. Fresh veggies. Nice place for a quick bite. You can order ahead on the website. A little busy and crowded. But you can save time by ordering online ahead from the website. Staff was polite and friendly. A little pricey as compared to other pizza places but worth it

Today evening around 8:30 PM EST I ordered Vegetarian PIZZA, when I ordered the PIZZA I specifically mentioned twice please use gloves and don't touch non vegetarian and prepare the pizza carefully, because we are pure vegetarian. This is what happened during the conversation. As well, I asked the Manager(She) twice if everything was fine when I picked up the pizza. She replied looks okay. Having pizza at home, my wife got chicken pieces in a slice. I immediately called the Pizza Hut restaurant and spoke with the manager.How she responded was very rude, and she didn't listen to our words and responded incorrectly. We are really upset on this. In response, we went to the restaurant to show her (Manager) the chicken piece and pizza we had shown her. And she told me that this is not chicken, it is mushroom. So I asked her to smell it or eat it or you can ask anyone in your restaurant. She said no no no, I am pure vegetarian and she was really rude and didn't respond properly and no respect. Really this is very very terrible. It is unclear how the owner gave her the job, mostly as a manager, and how she got it. No way she doesn't have the knowledge of management and respect how to talk to customers … GOD

Unhygienic and unprofessional staff handled my order. I picked up my online order. When i opened the box at home and found human hairs in the pizza box under the pizza and was wrapped around the whole pizza. That was a disgusting seen and had to through that away. Always check your box while picking from this location. They are least bothered with the hygiene practices.

I order on this store pizza mostly it’s near to my house. First they never pickup the phone they are always busy.They don’t have paper plates all the time . Food is ok not take care of the guests.Try some other location not recommended…..

The rudest people I have ever come across in a restaurant. The managers people skills are severely lacking. She was curt and so rude. I did not even try the food. Seeing how incredibly inhospitable the staff were I imagine it's not very good.

Pizza has no taste tomatoe sauce has very bad taste. Whole pizza taste bad tho. Doesn't look like they are using pizza huts original sauce. Looks like they are using after market pizza sauce with no taste at all.
