Super experience. This was our first luxury car purchase and after a lot of research we decided the 2022 BMW X3 was the one for us. We contacted BMW Victoria as we also needed to trade-in our Mazda and they had the X3 which fit all of our required criteria's (M Sport Package, Red interiors, Premium enhanced package). The purchase of the car was a seamless experience all thanks to Ruben and Adam and the rest of the team. Being from Vancouver mainland, we were bit hesitant about buying the vehicle from the Island as we were not sure how we would do all the paperwork. However, Ruben made it so easy and all the details/agreements were finalized over the phone and email (including the trade-in vehicle details). The website already was updated with accurate pictures of the vehicle and Ruben sent us all the other required details on email. He was patient enough to answer all queries we had (even the stupid and basic ones) and help us out with making the decision. He was nice enough to also reply to my emails over the long weekend when the showroom was shut. On delivery day, we took the ferry to the Island and trust me, we were in and out of the showroom in about a couple of hours. Ruben went through setting up and customizing the profiles for my wife and me, going over the awesome features of the car and again answering all our queries about the different features. Big shout out to the whole team for making this process so simple. This is definitely going to be the first of many BMW's for us and we are glad to be part of the BMW family.

I absolutely love my 2023 iX! I’ve been waiting years to get into a fully electric, and it has not disappointed. There are so many bells and whistles. My entire experience at Victoria BMW was fantastic. Ruben and the team got me in and out in the same day. Bought our 3rd BMW here recently. We felt very lucky that it was sales-guy-extraordinaire young Daniel we got helping us. Super personable, great sense of humor, very considerate -- we felt very good getting to a final sale with him.I had several questions about our car (which we absolutely love) in the weeks after we bought it, and Daniel has never made me feel like we were bugging him when we asked for help. And he went above and beyond in helping us solve a post-sale audio-synching challenge with my cell phone.We are super pleased with the 'new' BMW dealership and all the personable, friendly staff they have working there!Thanks Daniel and company!
