This Church is STUNNING.We came for our Wedding and Daughter’s Blessing & Baptism.It is such a lovely space. Located in a quiet area.The Church looks small on the outside but the inside is huge! And the detail work is so beautiful!Father Theo has done all of our Church Services and he is so kind, has a great sense of humour and knows exactly what he is doing :)

I am not Greek Orthodox but I always enjoy the mass everytime I visit. Check it out if only for the painting and decoration. Found this sign not in use in the parking lot. I guess that wasn't meant for me. LOL

Greek Orthodox Church of Prophet Elias
24 years I was driving on Derry Road when I came upon people walking with candles light. I stopped and joined the crowd. And started walking. There was this church awooden building on Confederation Road .I have never missed an Easter again it's the most beautiful place to be. I am from a different religion. Now I see myself as a Greek orthodox. I attended service when possible, but Easter is the time I enjoy the most .when it comes to faith, let us keep an open mind . Explore there is only one God. Join my family and I for Sunday service. You will be pleasantly surprised .

Please do yourself a favour and don't book your wedding with this church. Due to COVID-19 we had to change things around with our wedding and they wouldn't refund our $500 deposit that we gave 1.5 years ago. We have never gone to the church or used any of their services. It id despicable to see how a church can take advantage of a situation like this when a lot of other businesses are more lenient. This is not what Christianity teaches. This is beyond disappointing.

First time in a Greek Orthodox Church for a wedding. . Very nice interior. Lots of paintings also on ceiling.

I am happy too see new and younger people getting involved at church, especially on the board of directors. The previous generation played politics and alienated members with their negative attitude. The church community must be inclusive, friendly, non judgmental and supportive to all. Life is difficult and people would like a place to pray, reflect and experience friendships.

Don’t do baptism here they expect you to pay 600$ and they are so rude. I’ve never had so many problems when we did our baptism and will never do it here again.
