I believe this place is so great because it’s family owned. You find the same great, helpful & polite faces each time. They have gorgeous fabrics that you don’t find at chain fabric stores or small ones in the suburbs. Not to mention fantastic pricing for their more elegant fabrics such as the lace with beaded detailing I photographed. I will definitely continue to shop here !

Went here to Roma Textiles to get fabric for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. There were so many fabrics to choose from, I didn’t know where to start. I really appreciated how Maria took her time with us to choose fabrics and go through so many laces!! I loved how it was a one stop shop for us and I found everything that I needed. I will definitely be back to get all my fabric needs in the future! Also prices are amazing!!

Great fabrics but lack customer service no one offered to help me also their prices are very expensive for the quality of fabrics that they produce. Would not recommend this store to anyone, who knows about fabrics and the prices they go for.

I love Roma Textiles!! They have beautiful and unique fabrics. I purchased Italian lace for my wedding dress and all bridesmaids dresses. I was able to find everything I needed and knew I didn't need to shop around once I saw their selection. Their work is so detailed, unique, high quality, and absolutely beautiful. Their customer service is wonderful. It is a family owned business that I will continue to support!

Frank was extremely helpful in picking and deciding on what fabrics would work on the design we were working on. Signora was very kind and worked with us based off the picture we showed. Definitely recommended and will come back to pick up more materials.

This store has so many beautiful fabrics and the staff is incredibly helpful and sweet . I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me . She was so patient and helpful. Will definitely return !

Very rude customer service. I’ve never been here before but my mom always had good things to say about their fabric and would always promise to bring me here. Granted my mother was on the phone in the store, I was not, but we were met with hostility from the beginning. If you have a phone policy ask your customers to hang up once they walk in or put a sign on the window where they can see it. Everything my mom picks up the lady keeps saying “oh this is not what you want” and “I know what you’re looking for.” When my mom asked her what she means and how she knows what she wants, the lady said “you can’t make the dress you want with this”… sorry this is 2021, the assumptions are not cute. My mother has supported this business for years but they made it clear today that support from African customers are not what they are looking for.

Great variety and pieces. A little expensive and needs more customer service eg approach customers and ask to help them etc.

This store is amazing! We stopped by yesterday - what a great experience. SO much selection. Organized, friendly staff, fair prices. We bought bridal fabrics - which they had a great selection of - but they have much, much more. I've been to at least half a dozen fabric stores in the GTA and nothing compares.
