Consistent quality, the best sushi for over 10 years. Will always come back for more! Service is also impeccable. Our favourite sushi in all of GTA and we have tried many!

It’s a kitschy place, closes early but the FOOD. It’s beautiful and done so well. They care, the local owners. They are always so sweet to my girls and I and give them little things as we are usually starving after practice when I take them once a month.Worth the drive and it’s a beautiful area of back country roads and rural houses and horses if you like drives.

Our first visit to Inaka Japanese Restaurant in Caledon Village was a heartening experience. The place, though small in size, exudes a comforting and intimate ambiance that makes dining there a distinct pleasure.The seating area added to the charm of the place, making it feel cozy and personal. It’s the kind of setting that encourages close conversations while enjoying your meal.In terms of the food, the sushi and sashimi were clearly made with fresh ingredients, a testimony to their dedication towards maintaining quality. Although the presentation was basic, it in no way detracted from the taste of the dishes.While we did not receive a guided tour through the menu, the staff were polite and the service was prompt. It would have been helpful to get more insights into the dishes, but the quality of the food and the overall experience more than compensated for it.In conclusion, Inaka Japanese Restaurant offered us a satisfying introduction to their take on Japanese cuisine. It’s a great spot for casual dining in Caledon Village and we’re looking forward to returning for more of their sushi.

Great food! Great atmosphere! And above all, the service is amazing. So attentive and welcoming! I recommend the Pork Cutley and the Shrimp Tempora Sushi. Delicious.

Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had in my life. The staff were so incredibly warm and welcoming. We drove an hour + and would do it again in a heartbeat. Even the green tea and miso soup were just bursting with flavour. 10/10 cannot recommend this restaurant enough.The takoyaki was a delightful mix of flavours and texture. The gyoza were rich and crispy. The Inaka special roll was a really fun mix of flavours and quite substantial. The California roll and shrimp tempura roll were light and fresh. Everything was wonderful down to the soy sauce. We will definitely be back!

I always support the local business while I go to the small town. But, I gave a rate 1 out of 5 to this business, because first of all, the restaurant was not clean. Actually, it was not like a restaurant. It was like a crypt. Secondly, the prices were too expensive. We ordered a Medium Sushi. The price listed in the paper menu was $41.99 but they charged us $46.99 which is more expensive than other Sushi places in GTA. Once I complained they said we have changed the prices. I asked them, it’s very easy to re-printer the price list. They said it costs a lot of money for us to change the menu’s price!!! It’s not true. If they print the new menu it will cost less than $40 for 500 papers. So, the last reason, they were not honest to the customers.

There are so many good things to say about this place. The food is excellent, the service is excellent. The willingness to accommodate is exceptional - if only larger business could learn the way of customer service from these folk!
