When I walked in, I didn't really know what to expect. However, just by talking to the receptionist, I was relieved by her cheerful welcome. Jay was great, I've never met a salesman like him! he wants the best for his customer and I'm glad it was him and no one else who helped me . Whether it was Jose, the manager, the salespeople or the receptionists I felt appreciated as a customer. I had the best experience ever! No stress ! The best team ever! Thank you again!

I recently took delivery of a brand new vehicle at Excel Honda and the staff was amazing! From the warm welcome as soon as you enter, to the walkarounds and sit-downs with the sales representatives. @Marco Vitti, 10/10 service! I consider myself a difficult customer, as I was undecided on many things for my vehicle. However, Marco was very patient and was always there to answer my many questions, as well as to make various changes/updates prior to delivery. Again, top quality service from Excel Honda, and no complaints!

This review is for the service. Don’t get fooled when seeing 4.5 star reviews, they are mostly for the dealership.I recently went there for a revision and change of filters and tires. When I left there, my air conditioning (perfectly fine before) suddenly wasn’t working anymore. They said it has nothing to do with what they done and that it’s a “bad coincidence”. However they agreed to an AC diagnosis without fees and they concluded “a hose” has to be changed for more than 600$. I didn’t accept the replacement and went elsewhere. A proper diagnosis was done, mentioning exactly what part had issues (there are several hoses in the AC) and it costed me 130$ (diagnosis included) to have my AC back. My car has 45 000 kms and never had any issues before going to Excel Honda. Of course I won’t go there ever again.

I went to visite Excel Honda for car leasing, the receptionist was nice and polite, and the salesman Marco Vitti was so professional and welcoming, he explained to me in details and he’s so patient, also his manger Marco, Bruno, Patrick and Ali.
