If you're looking for a quality seamstress, this is the place to go! Lori, Iolita and Shirley were absolutely amazing. I trusted Glauser's, and Lita with my wedding dress and I was not disappointed. My dress fit beautifully the day of my wedding because Lita knows what she is doing. The ladies were extremely helpful, they gave me appropriate advice for caring of my dress before and after the wedding. They were very accommodating, even doing a fitting with the power off in a rainstorm! I went in to collect my sister in law’s wedding dress that had been dropped off in may for alterations, we had been calling for the last 2 weeks for information on when we can pick up as her wedding is this weekend. Upon entering the store and requesting the dress they had no idea who I was talking about and had to go look in the back. They said it’s not ready yet and they were really busy. I responded with the wedding is this weekend and we are all scrambling with last minute wedding tasks and that this was unacceptable. There were no apologies and now we have another extremely stressful task to add on to an already busy time..they were given so much time, and promised her a date of two weeks ago, only to be ghosted and responded to with sarcasm..Brides be wary when choosing the company to make alterations to your dress so you are not left in this position.So disappointed.-Megan Walker
