Horrible customer service, too sweet drinks. They cut you off and they keep getting my drinks wrong. My friend asked for smoothie and they gave her juice. It also wasn’t blended properly. They say boba but don’t have tapioca. Absolutely horrible.

This location makes smoothies mostly with sugary water blended with ice, and they will refuse to remake your smoothie if it tastes bad. This is canada not a third world country, when customers aren't happy you try your best to make them happy rather than making them more upset. Don't shop there, you'll regret it, water with syrup blended with ice costs you nothing you can make it at home.

I asked for my usual drink first they added a jelly I never asked for when I told not what I ordered they literally strained the jelly out and added the Boba I. Asked for I can still taste the jelly in my bubble tea makes me sick will not be going back

Overpriced and charges extra if you want pearls in the drink? Every picture shows the drinks with tapioca. Why call it a bubble tea if you have to pay an extra dollar for the pearls?

One of the worst Freshly Squeezed outlets! We asked a bubble tea without Ice and he refused to do that. He was adamant that he wouldn't serve it without ice. We asked why he can't just not put the ice cubes and leave the cup half empty if he wants to save the tea. But he made it a point to enforce his rules.

Absolutely worst mango smoothie I have ever had it was watery and there was a big chunk of ice in it barely any mango pearls in it just terrible a waste of my $10 I will never buy again from this location I always get mine from the Hamilton location but I figure it would be the same but it wasn't lesson learned

Today I received horrible customer service by an employee who refused to comply with policy stating that if I was not given a receipt my drink is free. I notified the employee that he failed to provide me a receipt and so my drink should be free. I noticed that the price here is more expensive by $3 than other places in town. Never go here !!! They don’t care about customer service at all. I will be taking my business to Hi Sushi from now on because at least they are proper & pleasant.
