My favourite place in this area . So much great food made from scratch. Awesome soups. Paninis chicken parm etc. All Italian family owned deli. Seating at the back and outside . Great cappuccinos. Very welcoming and warm. I feel good after leaving here from a meal. Old world charm sitting at the back eating a panini and a cappuccino . Feels like a scene out of good fellas !

Great owner and staff! The store has fresh fresh deli and so full of Italian groceries to tempt me especially at the checkout. The sandwiches are huge and tasty. Lots of love is put in making them so be patient. It’s a tight store when there’s customers but so many many variety of things to look at and to buy. They’ve been here for over 50 years and the seniors that come in speaking Italian is so delightful. I feel like I’m in Italy and love seeing the new imported goods

Really cute little shop with delicious sandwiches and really friendly staff!! Great selection of pasta, cheese, meats, and lots of fresh foods. Has quickly become a favourite lunch spot :)

One of those hidden gems in Vancouver you always hear about. Specialty Italian imports and fresh or frozen prepared food like lasagna, eggplant parmigiana/parmesan and others. Staff are attentive and very helpful.

Warm and helpful staff. The Hot Italian sandwich is spicy and delicious-a weekly staple! Shelves and display cases are full of yummy surprises and I recently discovered they serve gelato. Would recommend a visit.

Over the holidays, I walked in and bought a beautifully packaged panettone as a gift. I've been back to pick up pasta and canned tomatoes since. Always friendly, respectful. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place. True Italian imports. Has a wonderful selection of treats and pastas. No different then the wonderful ladies helping the customers. Saw many things that reminded me of being back in Italy with my mother. If your near the Nanaimo and Hastings area, take a swing through and pickup some great Italian treats.

Stumbled into this adorable Italian grocery store. They have a whole range of meats, Salamis, cheese for a reasonable price. They also had Portuguese buns and cooked food like lasagnas, paninis and fresh pasta.I had the hot Italian panini and it was delicious. A bit salty for me but other than that very delicious. There was a lot of meat inside and the jalapenos inside gave it that extra kick. For 9$ the portion size was well worth the price. They heat it up for you right away and it makes the bread nice and crunchy. Would definitely come back for the panini and to pick up some more fresh pasta.
