Great customer service but if u need large sizes it just never happens for me anyway. Size 13 shoes like 4 styles. XXL or any zipper hoodies are never in stock. Zipper hoodies are so much better. Couldn't spend any money

No Customer Service, although I was the only customer with 2 sales staff . I asked to try on size 8 or 8.5 athletic shoe, she placed the box on the bench and left. I asked for a shoehorn, she placed it on the bench and left again. So instead of asking her to do her job, I left and will take my business elsewhere. Please support your local businesses, but not this one....

It's got nice clothes and shoes, but the last time we were there, at no time was there not someone standing in such an obvious way that they weren't watching us. Made me and my wife uncomfortable; even our 12 year old noticed. I hadn't been there in a long time, but I'll probably go somewhere else, personally. If they're worried about theft, I'd suggest more cameras rather than that". Otherwise

They lack on advertising their clothes online compared to what they actually have inside the store. They don't show much on online.

Awesome selection, like insane, they've done so god damn well with having good looking peices and styles while still keeping the same brands around to go along with the new ones! Always friendly here, always good help, always understanding.

Best place to buy shoes and clothing!! HUGE selection and a great sale selection as well. Shoes for the whole family that won't wear out in a month. Great staff, extremely helpful and friendly, following COVID protocols as well. Only place I buy my shoes!

amazing selection, amazing service. the only con for me is I'm a tiny girl I wish you guys carried more womens size jeans in a size 24, and I think you guys should make a website for the store showing all the inventory and whats new or whats coming into store next, so when people (like me) are searching for a certain pair of shoes etc... its easy to pop it up online and find it
