We hired Tom and his company to do an ozone treatment on our newly purchased house primarily to remove cigarette odour.Tom was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone prior to hiring him explaining the entire process and how it worked. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the process and its benefits and potential uses.After 24 hour treatment the cigarette odour was completely gone and we got the added benefit of having our home completely disinfected without having to wash or clean anything prior to or after the treatment. It's painless and well worth the money.I highly recommend Tom and Alder Creek!

Tom came on very short notice to install a new railing at our house. He was informative and professional during the whole experienxe- the initial consultation, preparing the area, completing the work and even following up with us once the job was done. He ensured the railing matched our already existing stairs and no one believes us atwhen we tell them it was added after the fact!We also had Tom come back to our house to test for radon. He allowed us to use his system for an extended period of time to ensure that we received an accurate reading. We truly had piece of mind working with Tom and knew that our house was safe prior to the arrival of our first child.
