Took my daughter in to get her ears Pierced, it was done by Chelsea, Chelsea did an amazing job, she was very kind and friendly and made it a lovely experience for my daughter, thank you Clairs and thank you chelsea for the wonderful experience!!

Got my 4year old daughters ears pierced here. The assistant manager, Chelsea had one of her co workers help her; so it would be a quick and easy process :) very happy with the results, it’s been just over six weeks & the healing process has been overall great & my daughter is beyond happy! Thank you!

Got my cartilage done here and it was very clean and sanitary! The lady who did them was extremely pleasant and made the experience really great. Highly recommend the staff at this location

I was in the store this last weekend and after a frustrating experience looking throughout the mall for something was coming up empty handed. It was just an off chance I stopped by Claire's and after a few seconds of walking around felt a little out of place. As I was making a bee line for the exit, Hannah politely greeted me and not only did they have what I needed, she actually made me reconsider what I thought about Claire's. I may not always need some of the stuff they sell, being a man in my 40s, though I know in the future - I will make a point of checking there first.

I'm with a majority of the reviewers here. The customer service is terrible. No one greets you, advises you of sales, and all staff are terribly rude when you do approach them to ask for any information. Sour faces, no smiles and clearly don't like thier jobs. Won't shop here ever again.

Went to get my girls ears pireced she never mentioned getting it double pierced so she freaked out so I was told to come back when she was ready but had to pay again to get her other ear done even though I already paid for the full piercing the day before

Got my child’s ears pierced by Hannah and another employee (don’t remember her name) and they did such an amazing job!! Were patient and calm and just an overall pleasant experience

When my wife went on Sunday with my daughter and when they were paying the bill on that time my wife put one thing out side then lady who was making Bill her body language was very rude so we don't recommend to others by paying and getting bad behavior such kind of lady

My wife went to go get my 6yo daughter's ears pierced for the first time. The Lady there just huffed, puffed and sighed the whole time. Made them feel unwanted and uncomfortable. They left and found a much better place where they were served by someone excited to help. We avoided Claire's for the rest of our week at West Ed when they saw the same lady at the store.
