Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brampton, an IHG Hotel

As an ihg member, I am always happy with this hotel chain. This is our first stay here at this location. Just here for a wedding. The rooms are spotless clean. Beds are very comfortable. Service excellent. Omar at front desk was very knowledgeable and polite. Safe and perfect for family with children. Breakfast was the best. Boiled eggs in the fridge. Scrambled eggs, omelette, pancakes made fresh while you are getting your tea. Nice turkey sausage and cinnamon rolls. Freshly squeezed orange juice and many other juices. Nice yogurt and fresh fruits. My favourite was the hot oatmeal with many toppings. The servers replenished the food constantly. Many types of bread and bagel choices available.Pool was spotless clean. Nice hot tub.We will return for sure !!!Shout out to the staff who are all very helpful and pleasant.

As a gold IHG member and one who visited many IHG hotels, this one has been the cleanest. Though I only stayed for a night, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast as usual was good with protein, eggs, cereal, juices, etc. The gym was well-kept and equipped.

More like 4.5 stars but I will bump to 5.Good hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, cleaning service is fine. Internet is a bit slow but not awful. Comp bfast is crazy/crowded in the mornings but selection is decent.Good overall.
