Stitchin' It

Absolutely horrendous (lack of) service! I left my wedding dress at her shop for 5 weeks and came on 3 separate occasions for appointments to see the work coming along and nothing had ever been done. In fact just before I finally retrieved the dress to bring it literally anywhere else to be altered, she very roughly seam ripped the zipper out of the back and cut the straps off making my $2000 dress look Beyond repair! DO NOT GO HERE ! She is also conveniently “out”all the time doesn’t matter what day or time so it’s no wonder or surprise that the millions of time sensitive garments are never touched if she’s never in the shop or sitting at a machine.

Replaced a zipper for $50 plus tip, the zipper was replaced with a old zipper and the teeth of the zipper is falling off...

Professional and quick service. I get my daughters snow suit and clothing altered yearly and it's perfect.
