Robinson Limousine

We booked Robinson Limo for our wedding day and we were very satisfied with their service. Our driver Rob did an excellent job maneuvering a snowstorm the day of our wedding. He is a professional and skilled driver. He ensured we had everything we needed and event helped everyone walk through the snow and ice when we arrived at the various destinations for the ceremony, photos, and reception. He was courteous and all around great!

The owner of this small business took the Navigator out on a night when because of the volume and severity of the snow thry would never usually do. Made my mom's night for her birthday - you can rely on these guys.

We hired the stretch limo for a 50th wedding anniversary party. Frank was courteous and very accommodating when we reserved in April and when we followed up in July. Price was very reasonable. Driver, Len, was wonderful. Arrived on time for pickup and came a half hour early for our return trip, which suited us perfectly. Passengers ranged from children between the ages of 9 and 13, who were absolutely delighted with the experience. The seniors in the group were equally delighted with their experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Robinson Limo, and if we ever need the service again, we will be asking for Len. Many thanks to Frank making this a very memorable experience for all of us.

Never will I hire this company again. The driver rushed our wedding party from the time they picked us up to the time we were dropped off. We were told we had 5 hours, but when the time came, he threatened to leave us at our picture location after only 3-1/2 hours! All because the company had another booking later that day that we were never told anything about. Brides, try taking pictures with a large wedding party on a snowy day and have the bus driver telling you he's leaving when he feels like it! On top of all that, he was asking the wedding party and parents to help clean up the bus as we were on route to the reception hall. Oh, and they didn't want us to open the bottle of Champaign that they provided (was suppose to be 2 bottles) because we would dirty the glasses!! Ugh, just never again is all I have to say! Seriously, I normally don't write a review, especially a negative one, but people planning an event, especially one as big and important as a wedding need to know this! Book at your own discretion....Plus side of things aside from the useless rude driver... Bus was nice and they were on time. I think possibly the company needs a new driver!

Our experience with Robinson Limo was amazing they catered to excally what we asked for. We went with the 14 passenger Ford Expedition for my wedding it was perfect very clean driver was awesome he even went and got ice for some drinks we had. A+ service. Would definitely recommend and lastly they were really fairly priced.

PLEASE READ THIS AND BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!I never ever write reviews, but after this past weekends interactions with Robinson Limousine I feel as though I should because it was an AMAZING experience. I was in a very tricky situation where I more than likely was going to be scammed by the other limo company that I had booked for prom. There was a group of 15 of us so we needed a larger vehicle. So, three days before prom I called every single limo company with no luck as many other schools also had prom that day. Due to the size of our group other companies did not have big enough vehicles left to offer. Our pick up address was out of the way which is why the most that was offered from another company was a limo for $1600 for a one-way 30 minute trip. Eventually, I call Robinson Limo. To my surprise they answered, listened to me explain my situation, and worked around it! The man I spoke with over the phone was very understanding and patient. Robinson Limousine was able to work out a limo for a GREAT and comparable price. At this point I was still nervous that something wasn’t going to work out because of how sketchy the last company I spoke with was. However, come the day of our wonderful, clean limo arrived right on time with the lovely “Shanna Banana” driving! My friends and I could not get over how awesome she was. She was VERY easy to work with and was all about us having fun, singing, and being loud. We all had an absolute BLAST on our way to prom. Between the flexibility, customer service, and atmosphere of this company it is 100% worth the money and something you will not regret! Everything this company did for us is so well appreciated. BOOK WITH THEM!

Our Book Club took a comfortable stretch limo out to Merrickville last night. What a blast. We had dinner then returned home by 10:30. We arranged 2 pick up and drop off locations. The driver was excellent. Worth every penny.

I booked Robinson Limousine on short notice to surprise my kids and parents for my Birthday! It was amazing!!!! Our driver arrived on time and offered us a mini tour of downtown Ottawa before dropping us off at our restaurant! My mother, the most nervous passenger I have ever encountered, was ever so impressed with the driver's care in driving and care for my father who has limited walking ability. He made sure we were all comfortable and my kids we so happy with their experience. I had searched out SEVERAL companies before choosing Robinson... Frank had offered to Price Match" anyone I found

I've used Robinson Limo a few times and always was pleased with the service. The car was spotless and the driver was a really nice guy.One time the car was a couple minutes late but the other time he was 10 minutes early and waited for us patiently.Smooth ride. I tried another limo because it was a bit cheaper but you really get what you pay for in this case. The car had a funny smell and was older.I highly recommend Robinson Limo.
