Now that the problems are somewhat fixed I can put in my real review.Autohouse Kingston contacted me direct through Facebook Marketplace to buy my used vehicle. Agreed to a price. Sent two people to pick up the car and inspect it. They then paid off my loan through one of the big banks. Then after they get the car to the shop decide it does not meet expectation and some how or another convince the bank to reverse the payment!! Wow , in my mind a planed used car scam. Offer whatever is being asked then make it look like you have been paid then try to negotiate a lower price. Scam written all over it!!Old Review before they showed their real coil ours. They truly know the used vehicle business. The Owner Bradie and the young fellow I worked with Tyler were exceptional. Fantastic to work with.

Excellent customer service from Kyle! Much better experience than most Car Sales places, Kyle gave me all my options and cared more about helping me find the right vehicle in my price range than trying to just make a Sale.I appreciate the patience and care put into each encounter, I will happily recommend Kyle to all my friends and come back in the future to buy from someone I trust.

I recently had a VERY BAD experience with this dealer. I was interested in one of their just came in cars. I provided all my credit information asap for a deposit. It took them a while to get the car ready and during that whole time the sales man said he would keep me posted but never called me back. I also submitted all the photos and information of my trade-in car. A few days ago I called them again to discuss the price and I said I would discuss with my husband. Then 2 days later I learned from their website the car was sold. Again the sales man NEVER called me and let me know someone was interested whatsoever! Feeling like they don’t want to sell the car to me from the beginning!!! Not sure if it is because I have an accent! This is very disappointing!!!!

Overall exceptional service and care .I was having issues with my truck and needed to get something far more reliable with more comfort. The truck had some issues but Bradie managed to get a very good trade in value within 24 hrs, then as we went to settle the trade value had risen even higher.I drove 4+ hours to get my vehicle traded in and left in a new to me Platinum rav4 in under 30 minutes. Paperwork was very easy with every detail explained, question answered etc. Fresh tint was applied as I waited. A small cover was missing , even before I arrived one had been ordered to the closest dealer for the next day without any cost to me.Easily the best customer service I've experienced for any purchase.

Bought an electric car from Kyle Hollett to make our green deliveries a little greener.It was a super smooth transaction. When I went to JB Nissan they said my trade in value was only $1500. Kyle put our car on an auction thing and got $11000 for the trade in.If it weren’t for insurance holding us up we would have had it on the road in 2 days. Fast and efficient. Fair and helpful. Knowledgeable and didn’t feel used car salesmany.Highly recommend.

Our old car was breaking down and we needed a new one. Everyone at Auto House Kingston was amazing! They worked with our budget and got us into a beautiful SUV. The service was outstanding.

I texted Bradie at 430pm and told him I needed a truck. I’ve been busy working out here in Alberta, but things have changed and I now get ten straight days off every month and it was super depressing knowing the mountains were only a few hours away. He said he’d have Brian message me in the morning to chat about financing and no joke , by 730 am I had papers signed. When I tell you that the boys at Autohouse Kingston are committed to providing outstanding customer service I truly mean it. I was flying home for Christmas but told Bradie I had to be back at work by the 27th and if I was gonna drive it back out here I would have to leave Christmas Eve. He effectively saved my Christmas by finding a shipping company that would deliver it by train to Calgary, a few blocks down from where I fly in to work. He also outsourced some gnarly studded tires to deal with the road conditions out here and my all seasons were packed up in the backseat when it arrived, along with some super dope Autohouse Hoodies and hats.This Week I got my first set of days off and the only thing I wanted to do was test it out and put her through the gauntlet in the Rockies - not disappointed.This trip to Banff to break in the new wheels has been incredible and its brought to you by the boys at Autohouse. If you find yourself in need of a vehicle I would strongly recommend giving them a shout. It may be the best customer service I’ve ever received - in any industry. Ever.Thanks again for everything guys. Can’t wait to explore more of this beautiful province.

Nothing but a positive experience.There was no guess work, straight to what we were looking for and our needs, no pushing or hassle to upsell or get old cars off the lot.There was an issue with the vehicle shortly after possession, but it was handled quickly, professionally, and cost of tow/work was covered.Everything I could ask for in a business as a customer.Their office is worth note, comfy, welcoming, and clean.
