Nufloors - Grande Prairie

Without question the WORST EXPERIENCE possible. We were promised that our carpet would be installed on the Friday before the Thanksgiving long weekend and we were given TWO days to move everything out of our basement. Needless to say on the Friday morning no one showed up to install the carpet, in fact we had to chase Nufloors to find out what was going on. We were assured that the carpet would be installed on the Sunday and so after cancelling dinner with family, the installer finally showed up on the Monday. However the installer only installed part of the carpet because Nufloors hadn't ordered enough carpet for the whole project. We only found this part out after we badgered the installer to tell us why he hadn't finished the whole project. At no time did Nufloors let us know that they hadn't ordered enough carpet. So we had to wait another 3 weeks to have rhe remainder of the basement finished with our furniture sitting outside.We were repeatedly given the run around by Nufloors. Dan the owner was MIA through this whole process and continues to be to-date. Raelynn sounds like she is auditioning for a role in mean girls, the chip on her shoulder and the surly way in which she deals with customers leaves alot to be desired. We were repaetedly told by Karelene that there was never any mangement on site to speak too and yet when we emailed it seems yhat everyone opened up the email at approximately the same time (strange). In.any event save yourself the headache and find some other flooring dealer in Grande Prairie unless you are a sadist and enjoy receiving what can only be described as sub-par service, a disdain for customer service and a complete lack of communication.I will walk to Edmonton and carry the flooring back myself before I would will use or recommend Nufloors to any one.

Nufloors was great to work with. I inquired about carpet in my basement and within 2 weeks it was already completely installed. Raelynn in the office was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She was kind and super helpful. The installer was skilled and worked quite fast. Overall, it was a great experience working with Nufloors!

We can't say enough good stuff about Nufloors, we recently\ had a huge flood and we had to replace our whole basement. Dan was so great to deal with, they worked with the insurance company so we didn't have to stress. We got some beautiful Vinyl Plank for the basement its so nice, like walking on clouds. Much better than what we had before. They were so great about helping to pick colors when I had no sense of design. They have so many samples to choose from! The store is always incredibly clean, and such wonderful people to deal with. We cant wait to be able to get the whole upstairs done too! Thanks again!!!!

I had a pleasant experience to begin with, which turned soured after paying my deposit to get a booking date. Originally I was told 3-4 weeks, and they would call me later on to book us in. 3 weeks passed and I hadn’t gotten a call, so I decided to call them and see if I could get a booking date - the scheduler was not in, and so they were supposed to call me back. They didn’t. I waited another week before I called to inquire once again about a booking date, and again their scheduler was not in and he would call me back, to which he didn’t. I went in the next day and asked for my deposit back, only to find out they in fact didn’t bulk order my tile with other customers, so I ended up paying $170 for 3 sqft of tile. She tried to justify this by saying they ordered it in “special” for me, which I found odd considering I waited over 5 weeks and never heard from them about getting scheduled in. Very unprofessional, and a waste of time on my end. I will never go here again.

Nufloors came and replaced the carpet with a wonderful Vinyl Plank (Old Driftwood) , they were extremely efficient, meticulous, and pleasant. We couldn’t believe the difference, and the floors of the whole house look gorgeous now , thanks to the Nufloors team. Everybody was very professional from the estimator ,sales people, preparers, and floor layer, just exceptional. So thank you, we will be recommending this company when anyone asks.

We had Laminate Flooring installed in our basement in 2006. It has not shifted, split or swelled. This year, we replaced the entire top floor with Kennedy Simply Stone Plank flooring. Carlene was extremely helpful in choosing the product. The installation was superb! Anyone can install plank flooring. But, to do it well, hire a professional. They were patient with our renovation and fit us in exactly when we needed them to be here so it didn't slow down the following subtrades.

I had to arrange to have the flooring replaced in my rental unit while I was 4 provinces away. The staff at Nufloor were so helpful, friendly and efficient. They arranged to have everything done for me in a timely manner. They sent pictures of the job completed and I am very impressed with their work. Great friendly staff! I definitely recommended their business.
