All was good, we liked. Burger was tasty. The onion with honey is the best. Crispy and not fatty as in other places.

Great food, great service,,,, what's with the paper straw? They become all mushy and unsuable before I finish my drink, why not just take them out all together,,,,, won't save the planet with paper straw when we are surround everywhere with plastic,,,, how about all drink bottle??? They are way more worst than straw,,,, paper straw is a joke.....

A&W has delicious food that I prefer over other restaurants. The fact that they use hormone free eggs and meats means a lot to me and my health. I highly recommend the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the coffee. In most locations I find it very tasteless and/or watered down.Other than that, I can't complain. Even here in Quebec City, with me being an anglophone, they are able serve me and seem to enjoy speaking English.

They should be collecting customer's plates after eating. You can't spend your money and start cleaning the messThat should be the responsibility if their waiters and waitresses for the sake of respecting the customers

A bone in the meat, bad service, wrong item. Wrong topping, wrong juice size ...wrong bill.. wrong everything. I love A& W but in this place specifically customer service was miserable ...it took so long. Not only the they tried to charge us 50$ for 3 kids meal and a habanero. Luckily this was corrected but not the rest. We got a sorry but thats it. The fries were cold and uncooked ...Would not recommand unfortunately. And please fix this. Customer service is key!

Everything was good but the bacon wasn't cooked enough lots of fat wasn't crispy bacon which it should be in a burger

Terrible food, bad service, and they steal from their employees. Also, they have a cook who spends his whole day loudly swearing at everything and everyone

Really good food. The service is correct, the lady at the front desk is a little loud. A&W is an ideal restaurant for a quick bite.
