A man was at my apartment building today and we had an immature encounter. We were just coming inside when the man came flying around the corner, catching us off guard and our dog. Our dog pulled towards him and barked (AS DOGS DO). He continued on to the end of the hallway as I apologized. Without stopping or looking back to acknowledge us, he threatened us - “you’re lucky, if he bit me he’d be dead”. We tried to stop him to clear things up but he continued on. We had my kid brother with us who also had to hear it.

It is very difficult to reach this business by phone. Their London phone number connects you with live agent is in the U.S. who cannot help you. He gives you a second Canada phone number (Toronto) that does not connect you to a live person during normal business hours. The menu does not give you the option to speak with a department or service rep. You only have the option to know your specific employee extension--I am a first time customer--or leave a voicemail. You cannot leave a message as the voicemail box is full. Bad first impression and overall experience with this business. I will have to contact another company.
