Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. I want to focus on one particular person in the Cosmetic department. ANGIE This lady is one of the friendliest and helpful people in this field. She knows her customers and what they like. Was spot on with the choice she helped my husband with for a B'Day gift for me. Was there a few days ago to buy 2 B'day gifts. Knew what I wanted, but couldn't find it, and then around the corner comes Angie and my mission was accomplished in quick time. Thank You girl for being one of the finest customer service specialist.

The woman pharmacist gave me only one prescription box that lasts me a month instead of the 3 boxes… like, I can’t come every month.On top of that next time there they said my prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. Took like 45… not great service

Do not go to this location for ID photo taking because the staffs cannot understand how their camera works. We went to this location twice for same profile photos, first time the photo was too bright, second time was too dark. And the staff told us that is how their camera works.

There is an Asian male staff member who has a very poor service attitude, much worse than other shoppers staff. He has no patience and feels very impatient. My child also cried.

One of the associates denied access to the bathroom for my 5 year old child. When I brought up the complaint to the store manager he insisted that they don't have a public bathroom and refused to apologize. He disrespected me and my child, wasted our time, and offered the bathroom in case of an emergency when it was late already.This behaviour is unacceptable in our neighborhood.The store manager is ignorant and blunt, not fit for running a store in a family friendly area. He is disrespectful towards children and families. He is not qualified managing a store in the Lindenwoods area and has to be sent to a dumpster store where families and chilsren never visit.

Went to pick up some OTC childeren's medication on Sunday, Aug 14, 9am. The pharmacist on duty would rather chat with a coworker than help me locate the medication. When I finally found the shelf for the meds, it was out of stock. I asked for help again to find an alternative. The pharmacist yet again didn't help and seemed annoyed.

The tall white-ish male pharmacist was a rude jerk on the phone and in person. Literally made me stand there for 2 minutes before even acknowledging me (never did say hello). I went back another day to pick up the other half of my prescription and the owner (Amy I think) was there and she was super nice, the rude guy was there too and putting on a “nice” show because he was working with her. Too funny. The guy needs a lesson in hospitality, or to be fired, don’t be fooled by his act, when he’s unsupervised he’s a real a-hole.They also never called me to let me know the prescription was ready. Highly recommend the shoppers on Grant instead!!

Angie from beauty department is the worst. What's with her attitude? Buyer be aware! I visited Few times, i found out when I only have questions, she was so impatient. Tried to brush me off.And She didn't want to give gifts come with purchase. I had to ask. Everything is base on her discretion. That's the reason i stop going there. Why should i buy anything to contribute her sales????

I was in the store on Tuesday, and I filled my basket with several items . I went to the till to pay and not one single register was open. I asked the the cashier behind the counter who was involved in a task with Price Tags, what I should do and she referenced to the self check-out. Didn't seem to concerned I had a basket full of items. The sign on self check-out states 1-6 items, I had more that 6, and the packaging was quite cumbersome to be working in a space that looks it was designed for small packages. I had an issue redeeming a mobile coupon, which then required the cashier to ring in my purchase anyways, after I had done all the work. I don't shop at Shoppers for the prices, as I could buy the same items anywhere else for less, I do because the locations are convenient, and I like the loyalty program. Self Check-Outs are great, but should never take the place of a human interaction if that is what your guest wants and expects.
