Hands down best groomer west of TO. I have a Bouvier which is not a breed for an amateur groomer. I tried 4 different groomers before one of them referred me to Allison and her team at Masterpiece. This is where you go if you care about quality, professionalism and a groomer with deep knowledge on all things dog. Most importantly, Oscar loves it here and that’s priceless.

Allison does some of the best grooming I have seen!! We thought our toy poodle was beautiful going in but she came out looking like a show dog. Such a great experience all around. Our puppy didn’t want to leave, which says something about what could be a very stressful experience for pups. It is clear Allison loves what she does, and is so kind and talented!! I highly, highly recommend!

Our cockapoo Waffles had his first adventure to the groomers today at Masterpiece Groomery. We could not be happier with our experience. The owner is kind and knowledgeable. Our puppy looked so cute after and was as happy as could be! I highly, highly, highly recommend this groomers. Do not hesitate to bring your puppy here!

Yoshi has been to see Allison for every groom since his first. She is a true professional and he always looks his best when she's done with him. We will not go anywhere else!

Amazing experience and results!My my mini aussie had very thick and somewhat matted undercoat + lots of hair. She’s also very skiddish and was anxious going in.Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, they took the time for my dog to calm down and gave her the best haircut and grooming to date! * now that I finally received a response under my Google review, after two months of waiting for a call back or text. You may check your text messages that were sent weeks ago to see the photos once again that I have sent. Haircut was done by apparently a new person that was hired. Beard was cut with two different lengths. Right side very long (about two inches, and left side very short). Choppy legs, which I was surprised to see. Choppy head, which looked as if I had a poodle dog. I am still disappointed, and no matter how many times you respond saying that you don't have me on file is okay with me. I just wanted future customers to see how it starts and how it ends.It started going very well. First haircut was excellent, then the second haircut was rushed and my dog came home extremely scared. I called Alison to ask why, but she was ignoring all my calls and texts. Then I called from someone else's phone and she picked up. Red flag.. we booked the dog for another haircut. He spent 6 hours there. Absolutely outrageous. Hair was chopped short and long. Some places had hair longer than 2 inches, when he was completely shaved. Privates and tail not even touch, and when asked why, was advised that there was no more time. Called Alison for an explanation and was completely ignored. Please be careful with this groomer.
