Says $75 on website but charged us $90, complete scam. Then wouldn’t answer our calls

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!We hired them to put the bellow back on our washing machine, the repair person didn’t install it properly, causing the washing machine to leak and flood our basement. He came back and fixed it, but I had to rent a carpet blower to fix the damages from the leak, costing me $90. They refused to reimburse me saying the leak wasn’t their fault, that we “messed with a hose” on the washer (clearly lying because my roommates and I saw the leak coming from the bellow that wasn’t properly fitted). Person on the phone swore at me, yelled constantly, kept hanging up on me everytime I tried to talk to them, claimed I was lying, called me a piece of garbage, and threatened me saying “we can settle this in person sometime if you want”. Totally unprofessional, the manager clearly has a bad temper.

After using this company 3 times now, they have become my go-to repair company. They've proven to be honest, reliable and fair priced. Joey repaired my dryer today after I thought I would need to replace it! Very happy customer here

The company was super quick meanwhile other companies were giving a two week wait time. Chris was super friendly, and repaired my washing machine very quickly. Plus the services come with a one year warranty!!

Our fridge seemed to be short circuiting or something, we called Appliance Repair Victoria and Tom was very quick to send a technician. He came, performed the service and it was working again, no complaints, just easy, quick & affordable experience. Highly recommend them!

We called this company to help us with our leaking washing machine. The tech arrived on time and was professional. However, he was not able to detect an issue even though we provided proof of leakage.We ordered a part during one of the visits and haven’t heard anything back in more than 4 months.We keep calling, but they keep avoiding the questions. So at this point it looks like they have been keeping us hanging for no reason. Now I must pay another technician to help with the issue.I have also worked with ASAP Appliances and their service is far more superior than I have received with this company.

Very pleased with this appliance repair company. They were quick to schedule the repair of my washing machine. Joey was delightful, efficient, trustworthy and respectful and quickly found the problem. He had to order a part and after it was received he promptly came back to install it and do a test run before leaving. Would recommend.

When every other company I called was saying a 6 -7 day wait - these guys booked me for the next morning. In the midst of a snow storm they arrived, did the job quickly and for a decent price. The tech was nice, professional and was clear about what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. PSA - condoms belong in the trash not the wash - make sure you know where your rubbers end up!
