I have dealt with this Company for over 12 years, and their exceptional customer service and expertise is outstanding and unfailing. I have primarily dealt with Sumandeep, but have received assistance from Jag, on occasion. They are quick to respond to any requests made of them and no job is too small for them to undertake. I have never experienced such superior grade IT support than what I have experienced over the years with this Company. Dealing with them has also expanded my computer knowledge. The Company also has an excellent back-up system, and I can personally attest to this because my system crashed several times, and as a result of their high-grade back-up system and the expertise of Jag and Sumandeep, all my files and pictures were successfully recovered.
