Have had some good experiences mostly good. I've been here lots of times.I've been taken advantage of but I ended up getting a pizza on the House as an apology.They also have a policy that if you order a pizza and it takes more than 20 minutes it's on the house. This system makes me want to order again because I'm willing to wait. I also think however the price for once slice is a little high at $3.25 for a cheese or pepperoni and only $8.20 for a medium pizza.Anyway, the food tastes good the service is usually quick.I'd say it's a good place to come to. However, I've been taken advantage of and paid more than I should have.Anyway, I think that the bad incidence I've had has influenced my decision to give only a 3 star. But they usually will give something to make up for errors.

We never had an issue with the food it’s always good and fresh but everytime we came and pick it up there’s always an issue thats why my husband doesn’t wanna go in cuz last time he was there actually it was the second time same thing happened i place an order using the mobile app so when gets to the store he knew that our food is ready cuz he can tell but the employee seems lost like he ask my husband to go on the side then my husband waits like ok then my husband ask it was already pre order is that my food over there and the white kid hand the food its been sitting there whats the point of waiting then i came today i place an order on mobile app i specifically put an instruction for pick up time cuz i’m still at work and i get off at 9pm but on mobile app you can’t pick your time 9:45 is too late so i said i’ll come and pick it up around 9:15 when i was at my work i check my phone to track my order i did place my order around 8:45 then when i check my phone around 9 my order was ready for pick up i specifically said 9:15 pick up time i was 10 mins lates as soon as i get there i already can tell that my food is kinda cold not that cold but close to getting cold i ask the stafd did you guys already prepared this ahead of time? Cuz its been sitting there since 9 i ask for 9:15 the the staff was like confused i explain clearly and he look at the receipt and saw my note i guess they didn’t read my note or did follow the customers instruction me and my husband was really disappointed when we get home food is warm close to getting cold though i ask for well done pizza pizza end up really good cuz it gets chewy but other customer will probably complain but we do like the pizza its just that we weren’t really happy with the experience but this is the place that we always trust cuz the pizza is actually good other location sucks theres a pizza pizza beside my work but we choose this location thats why i still give you 3 stars still not so happy about it. Pls read and follow instructions thank you.

Super rude staff. Messed up my order. Ordered a veggie pizza, sent a pepperoni pizza!against my religion. . . And then told me they will send a new order in 20 mins. I called after 45 mins to check my order. And the store person said he has other orders to be delivered, and will receive my order in some time.Order date 15th March around 11:45 pm.

Ive gotten pizza delivered from this location 3 times and twice the food has come after 50 minutes. According to company policy the food is free after 50 mins and even after proving the food was delivered late I received terrible attitude from delivery drivers and one of the drivers even took the food back with him. After calling customer service and being told the food would be delivered back shortly I didnt see anything till about half an hour later. The pizza was freezing cold by then and I had already found something else to satisfy my hunger. Honestly the service I've received from the delivery drivers at this location is shocking and completely disrespectful

I like ordering from this location. Pizza is always cooked well. Even tonight when the over the phone agent got the order wrong they knew our usual order and corrected it right away. Awesome service. Will be back many times! Thank you.

Staff were not very friendly, one didn't give me a box for my pizza (which sounds dumb but why would he not give me a box for my leftovers?) The food is okay, especially for what you're paying for. Prices are very cheap and service on individual slices/ready-made food is fast. If you're having a pizza made expect to wait 15-30 minutes, but you can go to the other stores in the plaza in the meantime.

Located in the plaza at the corner of Harwood and Westey. Pizza pizza is open to the public. With a variety of slices of pizza and combos as well as different kinds of pizzas. They are offering pizzas with gluten free, keto, cauliflower and thin crust for people with these preferences. For sitting they have some tables and chairs as well as stools. Plenty of parking.
