Working with Francesca is a pleasure. She creates beautiful centerpieces and arrangements that are lush and fresh. I can not speak high enough about her excellent service and great attitude. She helped my wife come up with her dream flower arrangements and even helped set up at the restaurant. She delivers too. My wife and I have worked with her many times and she delivers consistency and value every time.

Blown away at the quality, presentation and delivery commitment from Francesca's!Gorgeous bouquet ordered for my mom's birthday and I cannot thank them enough for these as she loves them. The flowers look exactly like the picture so even though I was asked about substitutes, none were seemingly made. Came well packaged and housed in a very nice glass vase.Flowers are just opening up at day 5 and smell lovely.I expect I will be coming by for all my flower arrangement and gifting needs as it is so conveniently located and prices are very reasonable.

The prices are reasonable but the salesperson was very unfriendly and dismissive. She was absolutely not helpful at all when I inquired about buying table arrangements. I ended up taking my order for a large event to another florist. Definitely would not recommend taking your business there.

I am very disappointed with Francesca's Flowers & Gifts. I ordered a mothers day bouquet for my grandmother off their website, it came to about $80. The bouquet she received looked NOTHING like the image I ordered. It also didn't have any of the same flowers. I used to be a florist so I know this was only $30 valued bouquet. It was also not delivered when I requested it to be. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can't tell me those two bouquets look anything alike.Please do not order from here unless you want to be ripped off!

I needed flowers at the last second and Francesca did an amazing job for getting me exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently. Extremely well priced, beautiful arrangements and she herself, is extremely kind and helpful. The best florist experience I’ve ever had.

What a fantastic flower shop. Clear communication, great customer service. Asked for a vase to be changed, delivered on time and they are still so beautiful a full week later (see image). Also the bouquet is bigger and even more beautiful than I thought it would be! Will definitely be purchasing from here again!

I wanted to thank you so much for the amazing and quick customer service. I called Fri, Apr 22 just half hour before closing, I asked for next day delivery and was told they would try, but it might be Monday. And they pulled thru and delivered beautiful bouquet!! Thank you so much

Excellent customer service and such beautiful flowers....I can't say enough good about my orderwith Francesca's and will certainly recommend her to my friends.

I spent an hour looking at different florists online in Mississauga to send flowers to a friend. Other places had a $10 service fee (you find out right before checkout), higher delivery fees, flowers didn't include a vase etc. Francesca's started with the best prices, didn't have any hidden fees, and delivery fee was very reasonable. The flowers were beautiful and my friend was amazed by how big they are (her husband's hand for scale). The flowers were delivered promptly and they look like the website image. I'm grateful I was able to find what I needed within my budget. Thanks Francesca!One thing to note: I didn't sign off on my message because the delivery usually includes the sender's name. In this case, they didn't. Make sure to sign off on your message because my friend wasn't sure who who had sent them!
