Such a terrible online service, I send a return a month and two weeks go and I called them more than once and they never helped they will literally take your money and never return it to you. I would never ever buy anything from them again online and in store.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is comfortable with life music provided. Employees are very nice, patient, friendly, and helpful. Fitting rooms available. Check out time is normal. Credit cards accepted. Price is good on those items are on sales. Locates inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available.

I had a kind cashier serve me at the Metrotown store yesterday, however, the rude general manager who was hovering over him stepped in and insisted to the cashier that the GAP cash wasn’t applicable. He was adamant I shouldn’t receive anymore off my purchase of $500. I couldn’t believe he was the general manager as he was so rude. Not going back!

I came to this store to return a shirt. The lady claimed it was washed, while in fact I didn't even wear it for a single second. Ridiculously crazy!!!!!

I was taken aback by the negative reviews of this store, but my recent experience was nothing short of amazing. I arrived just five minutes before closing time, yet the staff were incredibly kind to me. They informed me that they were closing soon, but didn't rush me or make me feel unwanted. One of the employees had a warm smile on her face that made me feel very welcomed.

Small men's section with limited selection and sizes. Also it's at Metrotown mall which a post apocalyptic wasteland and you might get attacked

I love GAP, but this location is the worse. Rude workers. I walked around for 15 minutes try to get an attention of the salesman, but he was ignoring me, so I just walk out and went to another location.This is only based on my experience and it's not the firs time in this store, so had to write this review.

Wow. Staff is terrible here. I would say it’s an off day but 2 different people were awful. The cashier was rude and haughty and spoke down to me. And the change room person didn’t ask if I needed a different size - she asked if I needed a larger size. Yes, I’m overweight but don’t be a jerk about it. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

Busy store considering the prime location and visiting on the day after Christmas.But very helpful staff and they tried their best to continue rearranging everything in its right spot.
