The service and the individualized attention you get makes all the difference to finding the right products to meet your goals. Jordynn was so helpful, patient, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and she went above and beyond to complete the look and provided great suggestions along the way. Always great service, knowledgable and helpful staff. I love how they provide you samples and let you test out the product before buying it. Also they offer a recycling program where you get free lipstick or eye shadow when returning 5 old ones.

Terrible customer service, tried 2 weeks ago for November 19th to make an appointment was told l can only book 3 weeks in advance. Tried to call today Oct 23rd and was told they were fully booked for all of November. Something is wrong with their policies and l will never recommend nor purchase any of their products. BEWARE OF THEIR LIES IN SCHEDULING!!!!!!!

Last week I went to buy foundation. Ron(I’m not sure his name. He has blue glasses) was really helpful. He helped to me which foundation best for my skin. He did great job. I love people who do their job so well. And I always recommend them to people. I bought foundation and a few more makeup items. Everyone loves my makeup. I got lots of compliments. Thank you.

Had a few wonderful experiences in the HSC location but I was there on sunday and was served by Casey S and she was AMAZING!!! she helped me with everything I was looking for,explained everything to me and made my friend and I very comfortable. She had a very warm and welcoming feel to her and it was nice to not feel out of place since I don't wear alot of makeup. Thank you Casey S for all of your help and for being so wonderful,you are definitely an asset to MAC HSC.

I dropped in this morning to choose a foundation. Ended up having a makeover by a lovely young woman who is a new makeup artist. She was fantastic!! My look was perfect. And I purchased it all. This is a really great MAC store.
