I visited this store today for the first time. New on the Island, I googled tile stores and the GPS brought me here. I could not be happier; the store is a very neat place with a high-end stuff. However, I needed more miscellaneous tiles for the patio table I am making.A gentleman by name Harold (probably the manager) approached me, I explained my situation and he left, entering the back of the store. He brought me a pile of nice tiles he was about to donate to a re store in Nanaimo. He didn't charge me and carried the stock in to my car.My positive review is not reaching this place because I found beautiful tiles and was not charged for them. It was the willingness of the staff to go through the details of my project and solving it.Thank you. I will gladly return

Instead of wasting time getting quotes, I should have just gone to these folks right off. They'll get you the. best price for the best quality and their installers are absolute perfectionists so don't expect anything less from this team

Do not buy your window coverings through this business. We purchased custom black out blinds for our bedrooms. The blinds that they installed were not black out blinds as they had light gaps all around the window frame. See picture below.After calling the manager and explaining the issue they only switched out one set of blinds, stating that they could fix the other bedrooms issues. We waited 5 weeks of sleepless nights to have the very expensive blinds corrected.Both of our children’s rooms still show light beaming through every night as they try to fall asleep. The sales man Wayne did not hold up to his promise of repairing the issue. We even had to pay an extra $500 to get the blinds in our room up to par. We will not be going back to this company again.

My flooring job was completed day before yesterday; it hasn't been easy with all the challenges of covid and kitchen renovations happening at the same time. Harold was my salesman; Bill 'directed all installations'...I can't say enough positive words about them both, the installers and the quality of service, friendliness, and overall excellent experience. It's been 5 months since we had new carpet installed and we're still fighting for our Airmiles after several visits to find out why we haven't got them yet. The store's attitude is very aggressive as if we're annoying them. Don't do business with a store that's not customer friendly!

I needed a replacement toggle for one of the Hunter Douglas blinds the builder installed in our house. They found one for me and provided it free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Always helpful and knowledgeable! Have been to this store a number of time just to get suggestions and advice. Their installers do a fantastic job.
