My 2 month old washer broke and this is the only whirl pool repair team apparently in my area i wish they wern't. The service tech Bryson was great helpfull no issues with him but the issue lies the girl in the front office is rude not polite. Whirlpool gave me two time slots first when my washer first broke for a Tuesday took a half day off work no show call the girl in the front office rudely said did you check your email? well no when someone changes an appointment they usually call the person to make sure they know of the time change. I work in the service industry and when we need to cancel or change an appointment we pick up the phone and call and not send an email that goes to the junk email 95% of the time. I know they have a phone because when i call they have no problem answering. 3rd time whirlpool sets me up a time for friday between 12-5 and guess what a no show i can't keep loosing days off work when they say they are comming but arnt. Call Whirlpool last friday when they didn't show and they told us they had no intention of showing up that day. So Whirlpool told us someone will contact us within 24-48 hours well guess what went in my junk email yesterday their service appointment time slot for TODAY Get it together and call the person for an appointment and don't be so rude and maybe you'll have better feed back because as of right now i am not a happy customer of this business at all, and it takes alot for me to give a bad review because i like supporting local business but this is jusy unacctepable

We bought a new washer. We called to have it serviced. The technician was very polite and our interaction was positive in nature. When asked, he said that he had personal experience with this Whirlpool model having issues like ours needing a new motherboard. After more than 2 months waiting on a new motherboard for a brand new washing machine, and after repeated calls I was fed up. I explained that someone in my household was fecally incontinent and that not having access to a working washing machine was more than a slight inconvenience. That person was me. The receptionist was unapologetic and again said there was nothing she could do. I was very upset, having been up for 14 hours trying to get bedding cleaned. There was no empathy whatsoever and I said a swear word, yes a swear word. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Instead of a supervisor I got a voicemail and left an angry message that yes, included a swear word, several swear words perhaps. They would not return my calls and refused to come to my home as if I had threatened anyone. They forced me, a fecally incontinent individual to leave my home claiming the technician felt threatened, someone i had only ever been nice to. Instead of doing the right thing they treated this customer as bad as anyone could be treated. If I were a man would they have treated me any differently? If I weren't disabled would i have received different treatment? I believe so. I wouldn't give any business to these unhelpful, unconscionable, so called business people. Call 1st Choice. My experience with them, on 2 occasions now, has been positive. And again, it's not the technicians that are the problem here, although there was damage done to my new bathroom wall. It's the receptionist, manager and owner that are useless and completely unreasonable, morally bankrupt individuals. At the end of the day the washer we bought is still not repaired, after 2 visits from these folks. I suppose reviews don't matter much to these people as there is only one competitor, but I strongly suggest you call them at 1st Choice.

I had a situation when they ordered a part for my refrigerator but I contacted customer service and I got the help that I needed in order to get my refrigerator repaired. In their favor I would say that this company do care about what the customers think about them and their services.
