June 21 2021Location 2150 bromsgrove rd, MississaugaI rent a 1 bedroom apartment and the insuite hvac system needed to be completely replaced due to mold and never being serviced properly.Cullen (the account manager) came onsite, measured the hvac closet, listened to the concerns and offered resonable, down to earth, laymans term explanations as to what was going to be done to correct the problem.Cullen showed up 1st and gave a brief rundown and some directions then the workers showed up and set up a containmemt room around the hvac unit to limit the spread of mold and fiberglass fibers.  They also set up a  negative air pressure system for the room.There were 2 workers (I didn't get their names unfortunately) who did a fantastic job and used some ingenuity when there were a few problems not accounted for.At the end of the job they cleaned up the area very well.  They gave a demo of the new thermostat and were done for the day.Cullen double checked all the work and at one point we overheard him complimenting one of the workers good clean work within the hvac closet". (Rare that any bosses or supervisors offer complements these days)Before cullen left he offered to use a biocide in the apt.  He explained why he was going to use it. Over the course of the day

Contacted Certified to troubleshoot a fan coil at one of my rental properties. As a remote owner I only spoke with them over phone and email. They were very detailed on their inspection and solution. Tenet had a great experience with them as well. Punctual, clean, knowledgeable, and professional. 5/5 would recommend.

I will never recommend. The Certified Clean Air Services (CCAS) company dishonestly sold an alleged report of an air quality test to the landlord to be presented during a Landlord and Tenant Board hearing. I have pictures and video and voice recordings of the man who was not eager to provide his identification because he was part of a fake Air Quality Testing. A company like CCAS represents a threat to our society because for money it would not care to leave at risk the health of the tenants in the buildings.The reality, what my landlord did was an Air Quality Testing with an Air Mentor PRO, which is a 6-in-1 Indoor Air Quality Monitor that can be bought at Amazon. After been collected I received a verbose email telling that the result from the fake Air Quality Testing did not show anything wrong in the air. I was never provided with a copy of the test because it was none. The landlord ignored letters from two different health practitioners explaining how the condition of the unit was making us sick and I was denied to be transferred to a Fully Ready Safe and Clean unit either temporarily or permanently. I do not have bugs, nor roaches, or mice, but they were toxic gases which were not addressed promptly and CCAS supported such dishonest action to denied the facts. BE AWARE

Used their services Aug 24, 2022 in Dundalk, we were pleased with the service, they were personable & professional. Text messages, questions answered & phone call prior to appt time to confirm.WOULD RECOMMEND! First time using this company.We had booked them to do the duck & vent cleaning only, and we were pleased that they could also service the gas furnace, also recommended a better filter that is washable to be used.

This company was not only very professional but came with a wealth of knowledge. They addressed all of my needs and helped educate me on how to prevent the problems I had from happening again. Can’t thank this team enough! Just an amazing job and experience. Would recommend this company to anyone.
