Owner and all staffs are very friendly, helpful and efficiency. Their services from hotline, on the way to customer' location, message, email, moving waste are very outstanding. Nothing damage my cafe shop, even after they left, the plaza is nothing messy and dirty.Nice company and nice staffs.

Mr Waste was a lifesaver. After having made arrangements with another company who failed to deliver and we had gathered to do an intense cleanup I called Mr Waste on a Saturday morning and a bin was delivered about 1 hour later. Can't say enough good things about this company. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent Customer service. I ordered a bin from Frank and and he delivered me a bigger one than I requested but only charged me for the smaller one. He got me a bin the same day I called and picked it up the next day as requested. What a painless experience and a great way to get rid of waste, trouble free. Highly recommended.

I rented a 14 yard bin from Mr. Waste. The bin was delivered and picked up on time. No extra charges or hidden fee. Great customer service. They are very helpful and respectful especially Frank. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

We ordered a 6 foot bin and got a severely dented bin that cutt off a foot resulting in soil left behind. (We only filled it with soil) They dropped the bin off at 4pm and picked it up at 6am....when I contacted the individual with pictures of how dented the bin was they only gave us a $25 refund.
