Stayed here last night. The room was spacious, clean and met our expectations. The bed was very comfortable and you can tell that the hotel is well kept. The only minor issue we ran into is that we got there close to 11pm (following a wedding in the area) and there was nowhere for us to park.

Room was.ok looks like an apartment. Bed was uncomfortable pillows as well and please if ever you decide to rent this place bring your own towels because if you dirty them you will have a fee for dirty them.

We got the room with a kitchen in it. The fridge was not cold, even at maximum power. It was definitely not working properly and was not safe to use. After 2 nights we had to throw out most of our leftovers. The freezer was intermittently extremely loud. Noting about this appliance was acceptable basically. Also, one out of two round stove did not work at all. It is really frustrating when you pay extra for a kitchen and it ends up barely working. The rest of the room was fine. One thing we found very strange is the absence of any personnel present in between 10 PM and 9 AM. It is not a B&B, it's an Hotel!

Highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and our room was immaculate. Location is great since it's at a walking distance from the outlet stores. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was well located and had a nice view of St-Sauveur mountain at night. Our King suite was nicely furnished. The beautiful 4 post bed and the ensuite bathroom with stand alone bath tub were especially nice. The layout was a bit strange however, with the TV over the fireplace being to the side of the bed and completely away from the couch. Unfortunately the internet kept dropping all the time and the electric fire place would not turn on. Everything else was to satisfaction, but be careful upon arrival, as the hotel reception is not located in the Hotel's main building, but further up the road in a small separate building.

The room was clean and it was a short drive to many of the hiking trails and to Rue Principale in Saint Sauveur. We also had all of the utensils, appliances and extras we needed to make our own meals

We got the suite on top floor for 4 nights. View is beautiful. Room was nice although some things could be updated and better cleaned. Paint is chipped in some places, bedroom door does not close, floor did not look recently cleaned and bathroom sink is half plugged causing water to drain slowly. Also, my husband went to ask for more coffee K-cups, which is complimentary as it says on the wall, unless we want to exchange for another flavor, and we did not receive any new ones for a specific day as we didn't need housekeeping. When he asked reception for some the lady checked computer if room was cleaned to see if housekeeping came and left any, and she went to ask cleaning lady how many she normally leaves without asking how many my husband wanted and told cleaning lady that it is alot of coffees (4 coffees, 1tea, 1decaf). My husband just felt that this was an unpleasant experience when he simply just wanted some coffees that are considered complimentary. The overall experience with reception just felt cold for the both of us. Despite reception and minor room details, our stay was pleasant, but next time will look for a more friendly hotel.

Our studio was in good shape and included a nice gas fireplace and kitchenette equipped for light occasional meals. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and a warm duvet cover. St-Sauveur is a very popular quaint village. The hotel is in a quiet location and the distance to groceries and outlet stores are walkable. Although some restaurants are also close, the main restaurant road is 1.5 to 2 km away.

We went for our anniversary. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. The bed was very uncomfortable and the AC is soooo loud and doesn't work well. We were hot and it was so loud. The staff is very nice and the room is clean. The bathroom is really tiny and its a small shower no bath. They have shampoo and soap in a dispenser, but no conditioner. The pictures didn't really reflect the room we got.

My stay was uncomfortable, despite the room being clean and tidy. The room had a musty smell, the pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable; we had to use the queen bed duvet cover for extra cushioning. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to switch it off. We slept with the sliding door open in order to get fresh air and try to get rid of the musty smell in the room. We had booked the QUEEN LOFT AND TWIN SOFA-BED room.
