Wesley Academy Testing Center

This place is an official test center for Toefl tests. We were ten students waiting at their door this saturday morning for a scheduled examination. There was no one to open the door for us.After two hours of freezing outside, the company representative came to tell us to reschedule, test is canceled. He was annoyingly assertive and was not offering any solution except booking another test. He did not even tell us how we are going to be refunded or rescheduled. When we normally asked for more information, he accused the group for being aggressive and told us doing a favor by coming there to tell us exam is canceled". He then got i to his car and left...I have been on the phone with international TOEFL customer service. They do not provide a solution either. This was the worst customer service ever
