Domino's Pizza

The employees are exceptionally kind. I recall an incident when I mistakenly ordered a pizza with incorrect toppings, but they went above and beyond to assist me. Navneet, in particular, displayed remarkable humble throughout the situation.

Barinder was disrespectful and rude. I experienced it 3-4 times.Dear Barinder, This is to let you know that Nand Patel has paid for his pizza. I asked to sprinkle some seasoning on my pizza to the delivery driver so he asked Barinder to do it. She said some dis respectful thing to driver regarding me in Punjabi language. It's not that we can't understand Punjabi.My friend organized a house party and I got some free cheesy bread coupons in every box of pizza so I had ordered 5-6 of them in week or two. Also found some from my college. Once I was being asked about coupons rudely. Do I really need to answer Domino's employee for using them?? I have them because you guys rolled it out.Also, I had 2-3 free large pizza coupons. One was offered to me as the roasted red peppers were missing on my Pacific veggie pizza and other were given to me by my friend as he was going to home country and they were expiring. So I used them behalf of him. Again when I went to collect free pizza behavior was so rude.Anyways you guys make good pizza and would appreciate store for it. Shouldn't come on store reputation because of one employee.

I ordered two medium pizzas for takeout via Dominos webs, Pizzas were ready when I reached there, Both well packed. However, I did not get the dominos flavours that I was expecting. Good experience overall.

O.k, your online coupon says Large 4 topping $12.99, great, so I ordered online and your coupon changed to $14.99 then $12.99 turns into $16.94 like, what kind of non sense is that? Blew it ....Order canceled, reminds me why I haven't ordered from Dominos in 20 years. City Pizza here I come. ...again. lol

I didn't recommended to anyone to go there the staff work there don't have any responsibility about how to work safely with gluten free pizza i was there and they are using same tools and same knives for the gluten pizza and the gluten free pizza so they really don't care about the coustmer to be sick or notIt is really very bad to company like domino's to do that

I ordered 6 XL Pizzas and not even a single one was properly backed. I can say it wasn’t even lightly done. I’ve been ordering from the same store for a long time and I never had to complain once. But tonight, at Friday night, I guess they were busy and they cooked something that nobody can eat. And when I complained saying that I just was a good pizza, not the refund or anything else. They are like we don’t have a manager/supervisor at the store right now and sorry, we cannot help you. You can come back tomorrow during the day when the manager is available. I mean, what shall I serve to my guests in the middle of the night. How embarrassing it was and what I had to hear from them behind my back. I returned them the garbage pizza they made earlier and All I was asking was to remake my pizza. This was my last order to this store. In future, I’ll drive to another store, but will never order at this one. And I’m asking everyone to do the same, so you won’t have to face and feel what I felt.

I saw some people's comments on staff about their behaviour and I couldn't sit silent, those are some big accusations people are making by just standing in front of some other person. I have known Monika for quite a good time now and I can say confidently that she's not like people are mentioning her. Trust me, one can't lie about the person they have known personally, so, next time think about what you're saying about a person you barely know.

Lovelaen kaur cashier was so rude to us. When we tried to order in store . We asked for good deal and she said price has gone up then we pulled same deal on our phone and she was not happy to see that. I mean this is not way to talk to customer. Specially hungry ones. Hope customers service improves.

Order the pizza for 10:30 in the morning. I only choose Domino's because they're open at 10. They're not even busy. I get there and they sent my pizza to someone else. Now I've driven 10 minutes, and I have no pizzaThey don't offer me anything. They'll make my pizza again in 10 minutes. No rebate, barely a sorry.Next time call somebody else.
