Completely outrageous. Lines for no reason. I’ve counted atleast 5-8 employees walking around in circles when the line is out the door. I see they help one person then walk to the back for 10 minutes. What kind of customer service is this. Will definitely be moving in from RBC. As I stand here witnessed the same thing again.

Why even keep this place open? There's 3 tellers for a line out the door. So far I've waited half an hour and still 4 people ahead of me. Thanks RBC

Terrible. Just came to pick up my card and the front counter is closed. Had to wait for an hour.

Learned my lesson. It took me 45mins waiting in the line to get a bank draft. Do not use this location as it has poor management or even change your bank it will payoff.

Seriously short-staffed and inefficient everyday, ridiculously long lineups reaching from front counters to the back door everyday, and it takes forever to be served!

This branch is the worst branch & worst bank. They do not respect their customer's wishes. I have specific restrictions put on my account not to give anyone any information, especially my mum but today my mum took me to this branch against my wish & demanded that they give her $500 from my personal account & they did this without my consent. I was in the branch with my mum against my wish & I had no bank card & yet they still override the request I put on my account not to allow my mum to take money from my account. They don't know how to protect their customers. I am going to switch to another bank ASAP.
