I originally contacted Kosco Flooring to discuss re-flooring an apartment on the upper level of my house. After years of neglect and questionable cleaning habits of tenants living there, the carpet had to go.Ogi and his team were not only knowledgeable and friendly, but also extremely professional and accommodating with my timelines. They took all the time needed to answer any questions I had on their full range of products, such as which would work best in my given application, pros and cons of each and then ultimately left the decision to me without any pressure whatsoever.Once everything was selected, the job was completed very quickly within the time stated even with some unforeseen challenges emerging after pulling the old carpet up (it’s an almost 150 year old house, so you never know what you’ll find). The end product looks fantastic and completely transforms the space.If I had to sum all of this up, I’d say; Great guy, great company and most importantly, all in all great value. Kosco Flooring has earned its high customer ratings, you should have no hesitation hiring them for any of your flooring needs.

I have decided to hire Kosco Flooring to do home renovations at our household based on excellent reviews. Big mistake!! I should have known better. We have told Ogi what we would like to do, based on our budget abilities, and he said no problem. According to him the whole project should be done in two days, it took four weeks. All that time he was acting very unprofessional. He sends me two crews, one for hardwood flooring and the other one for stairs. The hardwood crew did slopy job but all over satisfactory. The stair crew was something else. I was wandering should I laugh or cry. They where incompetent, without proper tools and inadequate quality. When I pointed out to Ogi their mistakes he said, and I quote “You bought used Toyota from me and now you are asking for new Mercedes.” Great customer treatment! Never again I will have business with this company. Friendly advice to everyone thinking to hire Kosco Flooring – DON’T. Take your business somewhere else.

Everyone I worked with at Kosco Flooring was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed new flooring throughout the house I just purchased. I had a short timeline and lots going on with movers and other installers. They were so flexible and sent extra installers so that the job could get done as quickly as possible. Dani and Ogi were a pleasure to work with, as were all of the flooring installers that they sent (carpet, hardwood, vinyl). They answered my questions and were responsive and professional throughout. I would highly recommend Kosco Flooring.
